How do you support your clients in the long term?
Your bespoke web development is just the start of our relationship with you. Whatever your goals, we'll help you design and build the solution you need. Many of our clients have been with us for decades because we value long-term relationships. We provide web hosting, domain registration and ongoing support with a discounted hourly rate if you buy hours upfront.
Do you provide support for existing websites and legacy code?
This will always depend on the situation. While we can work with existing code, it will always take longer for us to learn and support your needs. Our preference is for our bespoke code because we can work more quickly and provide exactly what you need. However, many of our clients came to us with an existing website which we can use as a base for development, building new features where possible while maintaining what works. We also integrate with existing systems by using API to connect.

Once we know your requirements, we prefer to start small if possible, working on a viable system that gives you the most benefits. We provide an online demo version of your system so we can work together to make sure everything works as you need. And we'll keep developing your system for as long as you have new requirements.
