Member subscriptions via the Stripe API for payments

As part of the Dental Technologists Association website for members, we created a bespoke payment process including recurring subscriptions.

Prospective members can apply to the DTA online and choose a membership level before paying online with the Stripe secure payment processing service. We submit the member's transaction via the Stripe API, which then collects secure payment and allows members to save their card details. On confirmation of successful payment, the Stripe API updates our website so we can activate or extend the member's access to the website. Future subscriptions can then be taken automatically.
