About me

My IT experience started as a child in the 80s. I remember my cousin spending a whole half term translating a pixelised image of Mario into hundreds of "plot" commands on his ZX Spectrum to replicate the drawing as a black and white series of blocks that if you really squinted looked quite similar!

My skills

• I use a range of programming languages, including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, and CSS. I use PHPStorm, SQL Ace, GIT, Sublime Text, ClickUp, and Postman every day.
• When building software each day is different in terms of what you are trying to achieve, but familiar in terms of how you achieve it!

Outside work

There is always some sort of sporting event, lift requirement or shopping excursion for the children or a walk required for the dog.
