Ben was a founding director and remains in charge of new business, responsible for sales, marketing and customer service. Ben works with other people on sales and product development, and manages marketing campaigns, project processes and sales strategy.

"I live with my dog Sam and cat Fluffy (not my name choice). Sam learned to break into the fridge and ate six eggs, a few veggie sausages and half a tub of clover. Yum. I also like coffee shops, books and travel if I can manage it. On weekends I might visit family or friends or go round to Simon's house to eat his biscuits, but generally I try not to plan too much.

I used to have to keep the volume of TVs and stereos at an even number, but years of therapy have got me over that."

James is one of our founding directors and is responsible for making sure our staff are happy, looking after the office and other internal issues, and web development. James manages projects, develops new products and features, works directly with many of our clients, and carries out development.

"I live with Nikki my girlfriend and we've just bought a new house together. I've never had any pets other than a goldfish years ago and a very large grass hopper I found in the garden. Nikki used to have a chocolate Labrador which now lives on her parents farm. We sometimes look after her for a few weeks at a time, but it's nice to give them back.

I love motorsport and try to go to as many different race meetings throughout the year these involve motorbikes, trucks, dragster, banger racing and many car shows & track days. I also love to eat and do so quite often throughout the day, I think my favourite would be nandos chicken, or a hot curry. I enjoy listening to live dance or drum and bass music, whether it be festivals or friends dj'ing in clubs."

Justin manages our web projects as well as overseeing other development staff. Justin started work with us in 2006 as a web developer, and has grown his experience and skills to handle projects and manage the scheduling and capacity of our whole production department.

"I live with my fiancée Jenny and a hamster called ‘Moley’ who never bites and is incredibly cute. He‘s got a great character and doesn‘t care one bit about being handled. My fish include Tiger Barbs, which seem to hate the light and so keep hiding whenever it is on, this leads to a pretty boring fish tank!

I'm continually trying to save money to go on interesting holidays abroad (Far east, Croatia, Portugal, USA etc), and I love the sea! Beach, sand, water, fresh air and all that comes with it! Must live by the sea when I retire or on a river would do."

Simon was a founding director and takes a strong role in how we develop our websites, including building our unique content management tool, BlueEdit. He manages production processes and ensures our high quality development and testing, as well as developing some of our projects himself.

"I live with my wife Emma, our two young girls Evie and Alice, and our dog Max. I have a simple routine when I get home from work. Get changed. Walk the dog. Feed my daughters. Bath them. Cook dinner. Eat it. Wash up. Wipe up. Tidy the house. Watch some rubbish television - maybe talk to Emma. Go to bed. It might sound monotonous, but I wouldn‘t change anything.

Max has boundless energy unlike Emma and I who appear to have exhausted our life time stores. Alice likes to make sure that we don‘t get lazy and lie in past 6:30 in the morning. Evie has a habit of upsetting me with such compliments as “Daddy is a pig - isn‘t he mummy?“ and ‘Daddy smells”. Emma puts up with me for the sake of our children I think."

Sirbastian joined us in 2008 as a part-time web developer and increased his hours to full-time as the business and his skills and experience grew. He works on a number of our client and internal websites, and has also developed a time-tracking application outside his work.

"I live in a flat with my girlfriend Lucy. I love my bike and try to go riding whenever I can to practice tricks. A lot of the time it's when I ride home after a few beers on Bath Road, and in my first year of uni I actually managed to fall asleep on my bike while riding home and woke up just as I rode into the curb.

Another interest of mine is flying my 4.5m power kite. It's always a pleasure to spend an hour on a nice sunny day being dragged around a park by something invisible (the wind, not the kite). Web development is something I love doing and I've got a lot of (unfinished) projects on the go. My favourite development project is probably my WorkTimer."

Miles joined us in 2009 as a web developer with five years web design experience and a National Diploma for IT Practitioners. He also worked as a freelance web designer with his own clients, and now applies his wide variety of technical skills across our client and internal projects.

"I live with my girlfriend Vicky and our cat Megan right in the middle of Worcester. Funnily enough I spend a lot of my free time doing what I do at work, building the next best web app. When I‘m not getting a suntan behind millions of computer pixels I‘m either out on a run, sat in front of a good American TV drama or on my PS3!

I have a serious obsession for anything Apple. Mac‘s, iPods, iPhones, iPads - pretty much anything that begins with an i. And I often forget things. Just the other week I left my car keys in the ignition and didn't even realise till getting into work, whoops!"
