Quickly merge duplicate membership records
The DTA membership sometimes has duplicate records from imported data or members forgetting their original details.
Our system avoids duplicates in two ways. When members first register, their email address is checked against existing records and highlighted if it already exists. And an automatic alert on the dashboard warns admin users of duplicates. They can then view the two records together to move any data, and simply click to merge the two.
