Seamless connection with customer management system
The British Institute of International & Comparative Law (BIICL) sells books and event places on the bespoke website we developed. Products and members are stored in a third party customer relationship system (CRM) managed by BIICL internally.
Members register on our website, where we use the API to connect to the third party software to confirm or submit their details. Events and books are sent to the website via the same API. New bookings and other purchases are paid through WorldPay and then sent to update the internal database.
