Bespoke recruitment software for web-based application management
HR Connexions provides a recruitment service with a difference, offering a huge cost-saving by marketing new positions online and allowing clients to manage and control the whole application process. HR asked us to develop a unique system built around their needs. We started with a prototype to help define design and requirements, and ensure that usability was the first priority.
Features included in our recruitment software
Candidates can apply via job boards like Monster via our integration with Broadbean, with new accounts automatically passed through online so they can complete their application via secure login on HRC Live. They are automatically notified as they progress through the application, with emails when they change stage and when relevant new jobs are added.
Jobs can be created that include specific application questions, decide where to post their jobs online, and simply wait for the new candidates to come in. Then they can move applicants between key stages, organise interviews, store notes and process the final placement.
The web-based software is accessible from anywhere and allows HR Connexions to manage every aspect of each individual vacancy, as well as the user accounts for both clients and candidates, and tailored activity reports. Every application, client and candidate includes notes and documents.
