Web development and online portfolio for a graphic design agency

For more than a decade, the senior partners at Air Creative have worked with both businesses and individuals to create brand identities, marketing material and corporate communications, both in print and online, for clients both locally and nationally. Having worked closely with us on a number of client projects, Air asked us to re-develop their own website to update the brand and attract more web enquiries.

We worked with Air to define the scope and content of their new website, and advised on usability and accessibility. Applying their designs, we developed the website exactly as specified, including a dynamic portfolio which visitors can browse by client. Air can edit their own text and images, add new pages and manage individual portfolio items via our own content management system, BlueEdit.

As well as improving the look and feel of their website, Air wanted to generate more enquiries from the search engines. We worked with them to define potential search terms, carried out online research to find which were the most popular and relevant keywords, and optimised the site to target them. As a result, their website appears highly under a number of relevant key phrases and their enquiries have increased significantly, resulting in a number of projects that they otherwise wouldn't have won.
