Everything we do in running our Gloucestershire web design company and managing our projects is about making things easier for the user and better for our web clients.

Our values

We think simple is better, which means if you try to make the user experience as easy as possible, you'll get a better website and better results for your business.

We're always trying to improve, and we like being small because it means we can move faster. As a business and as individuals, our drive comes from the desire to work better.

We hire people with passion. Bluelinemedia was started partly so the owners could have more responsibility and independence, and we've tried to keep that approach. We make sure everyone can take ownership of their work, not just for their own job satisfaction, but also because it means better results.

Your projects

We don't like jargon. We're experts in our field and have a lot of technical knowledge, but our projects are about what your business and your user needs, and clear communication is our most important service.

While a lot of agencies put design first at the expense of functionality, we don't think you need to compromise. A great website is a combination of how it looks and how it feels, and we work hard to achieve both.

Websites change, so planning your development is not just about what you want now, but also what you and your users want in the future, which means allowing for change and giving you control.

We take a holistic approach to our projects, which means we think about how everything works together. As well as talking to you during a project, we'll have lots of internal conversations about how we can make things easier or better. It takes a lot of work to produce something that's easy to use, and that's our job.
